The focus of this development module is on developing the behaviours and skills to motivate and develop people through coaching. Participants are equipped to guide and support a learner in developing the skills and behaviours critical to their job performance and advancing their career.

Relationship Building

Unite - To join forces The focus of this development module is on how to build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships, with people who are critical to the fulfilment of each participant's role.

Managing Change

Transform - To change completely in form or function

This development module involves the mastery of the principles, processes, behaviours and skills necessary to effectively identify, deal with, influence and initiate change. It also incorporates how to manage and support others through change.

Leadership

Magnetise - To attract and strongly influence

This development module builds each participant's understanding of leadership as opposed to management. The module equips participants to be 'impactful' - to make things happen, but in a way that is sensitive to the culture of the organisation.
